Impact
Keep usable materials in productive use.
Usable materials should remain in productive circulation and reach the organisations that can still use them.

Our Vision
Keep materials moving. Address avoidable loss at the source.
Surplus often results from forecast changes, production planning, procurement buffers, portfolio adjustments and site changes. The material may remain technically useful even when the original holder no longer needs it.
InCycling is building infrastructure intended to connect this supply with real demand earlier. The aim is to reduce unnecessary storage, write-offs and disposal, and to support secondary sourcing before additional primary production is required.
By improving decisions earlier in the material lifecycle, the model seeks to address economic and environmental burdens closer to their source rather than only managing the consequences later.
Address avoidable loss at the source.

Global Community
A global community for materials that still have a purpose.
Chemical supply chains already operate across borders. A material that is no longer required at one site may still be relevant to a manufacturer, trader or specialist elsewhere.
InCycling’s ambition is to connect enterprises, buyers, traders and service partners through a global community that helps usable materials move towards productive applications instead of being lost between fragmented systems and individual networks.
Think globally. Keep materials in motion.

estimated annual value of reusable surplus chemicals with recovery potential
Internal estimate based on publicly available industry data. Methodology available on request.
This is the starting opportunity within chemicals. It is not the limit of the wider vision.
The Starting Point
Chemicals are the starting point.
InCycling is beginning with industrial and pharmaceutical chemicals because the market is global, regulated and highly fragmented.
The same underlying logic of identifying, documenting, matching and redistributing surplus may later be relevant to packaging, metals, electronics and other industrial materials.
This is a long-term direction, not a current product offering or a committed expansion plan.

Reporting Infrastructure
Document what happened to each material.
Each completed transaction can generate a Waste Avoidance Record documenting the material, quantity and point in the lifecycle at which it was redirected to productive use.
InCycling provides structured transaction-level base data. Customers remain responsible for their own methodology, calculations, assurance and final Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive or Scope 3 reporting.
The record is designed to make material reuse easier to evidence without making InCycling the owner of the customer’s environmental calculations or claims.
Material redirected
to productive use
A Waste Avoidance Certificate is designed to record that surplus material described below was transferred via the InCycling platform to a productive destination before it entered the waste stream. This page shows the intended format only.
